Do delegates need to install anything?

No. Delegates carry a printed badge or show it on their phone. Only your volunteers open the scanner, on any phone.

Is the price per conference?

Yes. One flat price per conference, set by how many delegates and days you have. Every session, hall, scanner phone and certificate is included.

How do CME certificates work?

Volunteers scan delegates in and out at each hall door, so you get a report for every session with entry and exit times. Upload your certificate design: AI places the name, session and CME hours, and you check the preview. Download them signed with your signature image, or print-ready for hand-signing.

Why are prices different in India?

We offer special pricing for conferences in India, in rupees and before GST. Everywhere else, plans are charged in US dollars.
